Why Did You Kill My Mother?

My birthfather left me when I was born
He was not man enough to be my father.

My mother and I had a very hard life
She always had minimum wage jobs
After she met you our life became worse.

You never bought any food
Or gave my mother any money
But you always wanted to eat,
When you came to our apartment.

You did not have a car
But would fight my mother
If she refused to let you drive her car.

I will always love my little brother
But it is a disgrace you are his father
You never brought any Pampers
Or baby milk for your son.

When you would abuse my mother
I would cry myself to sleep.

My only question is:
Why did you kill my mother?
